Cummins 6BT 5.9 diesel engine rebuilt to factory specs (1-year Cummins warranty)
New starter and alternator
New engine radiator
✔ Hydraulic System:
All hydraulic fittings, valves, and hoses replaced
Control valves, solenoids, flow dividers, and holding valves replaced
Hydraulic pumps (steer, three stage, charge) replaced
Cylinders and swivel resealed and pressure tested
Hydraulic and fuel tanks removed, cleaned, and reinstalled with new filters
✔ Electrical & Controls:
Electrical swivel replaced
Lights and indicators (headlights, backup, signals, etc.) replaced
New WIKA QScale LMI system retrofit with modern transducers and load parameters
Gauges, panels, switches, and control labels replaced
✔ Boom & Rigging:
