STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
ROTATING BED: Fabricated steel rotating bed ships mounted to carbody as standard.
DRUMS: Basic machine is equipped with an independent front drum (Drum 1) assembly and independent rear drum (Drum 2) assembly mounted in the rotating bed. Each drum is driven by a variable-displacement hydraulic motor through a planetary reduction. Drums are grooved for 26 mm wire rope. Front drum (Drum 1) and rear drum (Drum 2) have 13 430 kg (29,600 lb) linepull on all layers with a 750 mm (29.5") drum diameter. Powered hoisting/ lowering operation with automatic spring applied, hydraulically released multi-disc brakes, and drum rotation indicators standard.
BOOM HOIST: Independent boom hoist consists of a single drum grooved for 22 mm (0.875") diameter wire rope. Includes 158 m (518 ft) of 0.875" diameter wire rope to accommodate 10 part reeving.
SWING SYSTEM: Rotating bed mounted independent swing is powered by a fixed displacement hydraulic motor coupled to an internal brake and planetary reduction. Lubrication manifold for turntable bearing is standard.
ENGINE: Cummins Model QSB6.7 Tier 4f (Stage V) diesel engine rated 242 kW (325 HP) at 2200 RPM or Cummins Model QSB6.7 high sulfur compliant diesel engine provides independent power for all machine operations through the multi-hydraulic pump transmission. Power system also includes engine block heater (240 V), engine oil pan heater (240 V), air intake grid heater, exhaust after treatment, variable speed hydraulic cooling fan, hydraulic oil cooler, radiator, charge air cooler, and fuel cooler. One (1) 473 liter (125 gal) capacity diesel fuel tank and one (1) 57 liter (15 gal) DEF Tank. 500 hour engine service kit and 1000 hour hydraulic service filter kit provided with initial shipment.
OPERATOR'S STATION: Fully enclosed and insulated galvannealed steel module mounted to the left front corner of rotating bed. Module is equipped with electric tilt/slide highback seat, sliding door, large safety glass windows on all sides and roof. Signal horn, cab space heater, front and roof windshield wipers, dome light, sun visor and shade, fire extinguisher, air conditioning, swing and travel alarm and drum viewing mirror are standard.
CONTROLS: The Crane Control System offers a user-friendly interface, two full graphic displays mounted vertically for better visibility, a jog dial for easier data input and ergonomic joysticks.
CARBODY ASSEMBLY: Connects rotating bed to crawler assemblies. High strength fabricated steel assembly with FACT™ connection system for fast installation and removal of crawler assemblies.
CRAWLER ASSEMBLIES: Crawler assemblies are 7,980 m (26’ 2”) long with 1.2 m (48”) wide cast steel crawler pads and sealed intermediate rollers. Each crawler is powered independently by a variable displacement hydraulic motor. Crawlers provide ample tractive effort that allows counter-rotation with lifted load.
BOOM: Includes 49.2ft (15 m) No. 350 basic boom consisting of 22.1ft (6.75 m) butt and 27.1ft (8.25 m) top. Boom angle indicator, strap rigging, boom timbers and boom hoist wire rope included. Boom backstops and boom over-hoist prevention device and anti-two block limit controls for main and whip lines are standard.
