Boom, Jib & Winch Configuration
The lifting setup features a 3-section hydraulic telescopic main boom paired with a side-stowed lattice swingaway jib extension mounted to the base section. Its dual-hoist configuration positions both main and auxiliary winches directly on the upper superstructure counterweight assembly. Rigging includes 5/8" wire rope reeved to a heavy-duty main hook block, alongside an auxiliary downhaul line equipped with a headache ball for fast single-line cycles.
Operator Station, Controls & Safety Systems
Inside the operator cab, primary hydraulic functions—Swing, Telescope, Boom, and Main/Auxiliary Hoists—are controlled via mechanical floor- and dash-mounted levers. A dedicated right-hand console houses individual push-button controls for front/rear outrigger extensions, stabilizer jack cylinders, and the main outrigger activation hold. Safety systems feature a dash-mounted Krueger Anti-Two-Block / LMI indicator console, a "Rear Wheels Not Centered" axle lockout indicator, and a low air pressure visual/audible warning light.
